We are a family-owned company headquartered in Ennepetal. Our team includes graduate engineers (mechanical & electrical), technicians, fitters (many with over 25 years of experience), electricians, boring mill operators, turners, grinders, and welders. We operate a fully equipped machine shop with flat grinders (up to 10 m length), cylindrical grinders, milling machines (up to 10 m travel), boring mills, lathes, and more.
We are dedicated to helping you with modernization, overhaul, and repair, as fast and effectively as possible. We also produce and deliver custom parts that are unavailable on the market or have unacceptable lead times. Our clients span diverse industrial sectors — both domestic and international (including automotive, aerospace, steel, and more).
In sheet metal fabrication, Matschuk Sheet Metal Fabrication GbR specializes in complete, high-quality solutions. In 2013, we acquired the long-established Wilhelm Klein. Since then, we have grown steadily and expanded our client base. In 2016, we acquired competitor Günter Schmitz to grow our team, expertise, and production capacity.
That same year, Matschuk Sheet Metal Fabrication GbR moved into state-of-the-art facilities at the former Günter Schmitz site in Remscheid. We produce from prototypes to mid-volume series — all in-house, with pre-production feasibility checks. We always ensure compliance with the latest operational standards and regulations. That’s why we are WHG-certified for manufacturing containment pans.
